Education

Adam qualified as a Specialist Orthodontist from the Leeds Dental Institute in 2019.

Adam was educated in West Yorkshire and graduated in Dentistry from the University of Manchester in 2012. Since then, he has spent time in general dental practice in London, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and as a Specialty Dentist in the hospital in Leeds.

About Adam

Adam enjoys spending quality time outside the clinic with his wife, Lily, and their two young sons, Freddie and Harry. Passionate about fitness, he stays active through cycling and running. His dedication to charity led him to raise over £2,500 for the British Red Cross and the Cleft Lip and Palate Association.

Lecturing

Adam recently presented his work on Invisalign^® at the British Orthodontic Conference. Adam regularly lectures for Invisalign^® and is a member of the Invisalign^® Advisory Board.

UK Invisalign® Advisory Board

Dr. Adam Jowett is a member of the UK Invisalign® Advisory Board, a group of experienced dental professionals who provide guidance and insights to Align Technology, the company behind Invisalign® clear aligners. As a board member, Dr. Jowett has access to the latest techniques and developments in clear aligner therapy, often before they become widely available to other dentists and orthodontists. In addition to his advisory role, he regularly lectures internationally on Invisalign® treatments, sharing his expertise with the broader dental community.

Adam has a number of publications in both dental and orthodontic journals including a recent academic research project on orthodontic retainers in the highly regarded Journal of Orthodontics
